What’s my login details for Jalapeno and where can I find them?
When you were set up as a Jalapeno user you were sent an email from email@example.com with your login credentials and a link to your instance of Jalapeno. If you can’t find the email, please check your spam folder. If the email isn’t there, there is a chance that it was blocked by your organisation’s mail server and firstname.lastname@example.org will need to be whitelisted by your organisation’s IT Support department. You can always send an email to email@example.com and we will guide you through the process.
