What happens if the tool goes down who do I contact for help?

In the unlikely event that Jalapeno isn’t available, your first port of call should be your organisation’s IT help desk. This will address or rule out any network issues that might be compromising access to Jalapeno. If further assistance is required, you or your organisation’s IT help desk can contact support@capsifi.com.
