Terry Roach, CEO & founder, Capsifi

Terry Roach is the CEO and founder of Capsifi a leading solution provider of business model innovation software. Capsifi helps customers understand their business operation and identify opportunities for innovation, establishing the business model as a dynamic, interactive and enduring asset. He is also a passionate advocate of business modelling and the practice of business architecture.

He is the author of the ‘CAPSICUM Framework for Strategically Aligned Business Architecture’, the result of his 2011 PhD thesis from the University of NSW and continues to lecture post-graduate university courses in Enterprise Architecture and Conceptual Modelling techniques.

Prior to founding Capsifi, he held a variety of executive roles with major global technology companies (including PeopleSoft, Oracle, IBM, Apple) managing teams of Solutions Architects and Business Analysts.

Roger T. Burlton P. Eng., CMC

Roger is the President of Process Renewal Group. He is the author of the pioneering book ‘Business Process Management: Profiting from Process’ and the ‘Business Process Manifesto’, now available in 14 languages. His Business Architecture column in BPTrends.com is available to over twenty thousand readers. Recently he developed the Business Agility Manifesto in collaboration with John Zachman and Ron Ross.

Roger developed and delivered the first Business Process and Business Architecture management education in the world in 1991, certified today by universities in North America, Europe, Australia and South America. He is recognized as a pragmatic world leader in transforming companies from traditional hierarchical organizations to process managed ones based on a value delivery model supported by Business Architecture practices. He has led numerous initiatives to implement new business models, governance frameworks and process management capabilities for global corporations and government agencies. He continues to chair the most prominent business architecture and process conferences around the world which he has done on over fifty occasions.

Craig Martin, Co-founder & chairman of the Australian Strategic Design Institute and Founder & Director DesignChain

Craig is a commercially astute strategic designer and business leader with over 22 years of solid experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, business development and execution. He has founded and grown multiple service organizations, as well as product start-ups that have focussed on innovative multi-sided platforms within the AI and collaboration space.

In his role, he offers high level, substantiated recommendations to executives and board members on strategic direction, innovation, time-to-market, value management and lean-agile transformation. Craig is also an internationally recognized speaker on embedding innovation and creating value engines using design, architecture and agile.

He is a strategic designer, digital strategist, green belt lean six sigma practitioner, certified lean-agile change agent (SPC), certified business designer, Open Group Certified architect and a licensed engage and grow coach.

Micah Lorenc, Director, Business Architecture, USAA & Gallup Certified Strengths Coach

Micah is currently the Director of the P&C Business Architecture team in Property & Casualty. Micah began his career at USAA as a project manager in IT Project Execution, followed by 3 years on the IT Strategic Planning team before becoming a Business Architect in Enterprise Strategy & Marketing.

Ashley Fernandez, Business Architect, USAA Property & Casualty

Ashley Fernandez is a Business Architect for USAA with experience in process engineering, process simulation, and continuous improvement. Over the past year, she has been one of the leading voices for advancing Business Architecture at USAA. Ashley is a Certified Business Architect and has a Bachelors of Arts in Mathematics from Trinity University.

Hari Natarajamani, Business Architect USAA Property & Casualty

Hari Natarajamani is a Business Architect for USAA with experience in business analysis, process engineering, and marketing. In the past year he has been one of the leading voices for advancing Business Architecture at USAA. Hari has his Masters in Financial Management and 22 years of experience.

Tracy Kostiuk, Senior Technical Product Owner, Autodesk

Tracy Kostiuk is a strategic, business-centric technology leader who has been executing against strategic priorities and initiatives at Autodesk for over 17 years. She is a Certified Business Architect.
